This data protection declaration gives you an insight into the handling of your data by the association "Immaginaria Casting Extras". It applies to all websites, apps and other services and services offered.

Data provided by the user

If you are a private individual

If you are a private individual, when you send us the email to subscribe to our database, we ask you to provide us with some data that you need to be able to use our service.

Furthermore, further personal data relating to the services offered by the Association will be managed on the site "Immaginaria Casting Extras", to which the user will give specific consent to the use of such data to access the aforementioned services.

Data of minors under the age of 16

If you are under the age of 16, you cannot provide us with any personal data nor can you register for the newsletter service, and in any case we do not assume responsibility for any false statements you provide. If we become aware of the existence of untruthful declarations, we will proceed with the immediate cancellation of any personal data acquired.

It being understood that minors who want to participate in our Castings must follow the rules that are presented at the time of the call.

We collect the following data through the services you use:

  • technical data: for example IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data relating to the current (approximate) location of the tool you are using;

Communications, contents of interviews

If you communicate with us by telephone, post, social media services, contact forms or otherwise about our products, we do not collect the content of your communications.

For communication with customers and users the Association"Immaginaria Casting Extras" also uses offers from social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We use these communication platforms to offer you further contact and information options in addition to our own communication channels. Please note, however, that we have no influence on the conditions of use of social networks and the services offered by them and that we have limited influence on their data processing. We therefore ask you to carefully check which personal data you transmit to us via social networks. We have no possibility of influencing the behavior of social network operators, other users or third parties who may cooperate with the social network operators or who use their services.

 

Device and access data

When using online and mobile services, it is unavoidable that technical data is generated and processed in order to be able to provide the functions and display the content offered on your device. We call this category of data “device and access data”. Device and access data are created during each use of an online and mobile service. It makes no difference who the provider of this service is.   • email newsletters (i.e. when your newsletter interaction is tracked);

  • access data that apps and web browsers automatically transmit to each online access to web servers and databases (as part of the so-called HTTP request). This consists of standardized information about the requested content (e.g. name and file type of a called file) as well as further information about server access (e.g. transmitted data volume and error codes), about your device (such as device type, operating system, software versions, device identifications, IP address, previously visited page and access time).

 

What is the Association for? Does "Immaginaria Casting Extras" use my data?

Association "Immaginaria Casting Extras" processes your data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws. In doing so, we of course comply with the principles of data protection law for the processing of personal data. We therefore basically only process your data for the purposes explained in this data protection declaration and declared at the time of collection. These are primarily the procurement process and provision, customization and development as well as the security of our service. Furthermore, we use your data within the scope of the strict German and EU data protection regulations but also for other purposes, such as product development, scientific research (particularly in the areas of machine learning, intelligence artificial and deep learning) and market research for the optimization of business processes, the need-based design of our services as well as personalized advertising.

In connection with our services we present information and offers of the Association to you "Immaginaria Casting Extras" based on your interests. You will receive such individual product suggestions even if you have not subscribed to a newsletter. For the selection of individual product proposals, in compliance with the legal provisions in force, we mainly use your data from previous purchases and your interest data from which we obtain profile and interest data based on the interests and preferences communicated to us .

 

What data protection rights do I have?

Under the respective legal prerequisites you have the following statutory data protection rights: right to information (Article 15 DSGVO), right to erasure (Article 17 DSGVO), right to correction (Article 16 DSGVO), right to restriction of dissemination (Article 18 DSGVO ), right to data portability (Article 20 DSGVO), right of appeal to a public data protection institution (Article 77 DSGVO), right to withdraw consent (Article 7 paragraph 3 DSGVO) as well as the right to object to certain data dissemination measures (Article 21 DSGVO). When is my data deleted?

We store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes of this data protection declaration, in particular for the fulfillment of our legal and contractual obligations. We will also store your personal data for other purposes if necessary, if and as long as the law permits us to further store it for certain purposes, including for the defense of legal claims.

 

Exercise of your rights

Any natural person who uses our service can, pursuant to the provisions of articles 15 to 23 of EU regulation 2016/679:

  • Obtain from the owner, at any time, information about the existence of their personal data, the origin of the same, the purposes and methods of treatment and, if present, to obtain access to personal data and information referred to in article 15 of the GDPR.

Each user also has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.

  • Receive your personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and to transmit them to another data controller without impediments.

  • Propose a complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data in Italy.

How does it protect my data?

The data is collected by the "data controller and manager", according to the indications of the reference legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (art. 32) for their treatment using IT, manual and automated tools and with strictly related to the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

 

Can the privacy policy change over time?

This information may be subject to changes. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by the Data Controller, the latter will notify the user by publishing them as clearly as possible on their pages or through alternative or similar means.
